Refund policy
If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, you have 14 days from date of purchase to return the product for exchange or refund. The refund will be for the product only and not the postage. The product must be returned in the original condition with tags attached. Please ensure all returned items are free from marks and stains, as they may not be accepted for return if received damaged.
We will provide a refund if the product purchased is faulty, provided it is not due to wear and tear, and is due to a manufacturing fault. This will be assessed and determined upon the return of the item. The item must be returned in the original packaging.
All postage costs are to be paid by the customer. However, in the circumstance where the product is deemed faulty, you will be refunded the return postage cost. In the event of exchange, prior to receiving your new item, you will be contacted and required to pay $10 for postage.
